About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide critical support across two fast-moving businesses: a Staffing Agency and a Car Wash operation. This person will wear many hats — from supporting recruitment and admin processes to helping implement creative marketing ideas.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to balance multiple priorities without constant direction. If you enjoy taking initiative, bringing fresh ideas, and making things run smoother behind the scenes — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing Business Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks including managing emails, entering payroll into QuickBooks, and organizing employee files

  • Monitor new job opportunities and help pre-qualify candidates

  • Double-check recruiter submissions to ensure candidate quality and fit

  • Follow up with candidates, confirm documentation, and manage timecard accuracy

  • Support new hire onboarding and maintain compliance across staff records

  • Proactively flag issues and suggest operational improvements

Car Wash Business Support

  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (2–3 posts/week)

  • Support marketing campaigns with creative input and content ideas

  • Optional: Manage simple website updates via Wix platform (nice-to-have)

General Support

  • Help with personal assistant tasks such as booking travel or appointments

  • Bring tools, resources, and efficiency suggestions to improve workflows

  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative roles with exposure to staffing or HR functions

  • Familiar with QuickBooks, spreadsheets, email/calendar management, and document organization

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-managed

  • Creative mindset and willingness to assist with digital marketing tasks

  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRMs, social media tools, or project management platforms is a plus

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Experience with Wix, Canva, or social content tools is a bonus
