<h3>JOB DESCRIPTION: A/P SPECIALIST</h3><p>Our Accounts Payable team helps our communities run smoothly and contributes to our residents’ satisfaction.</p><h3>What you’ll accomplish:</h3><p>·       Provide excellent customer service</p><p>·       Heavy volume of data entry</p><p>·       Work with Community Accountants to ensure invoices and checks are properly recorded</p><p>·       Troubleshoot and problem solve Accounts Payable issues</p><p>·       Perform other duties as assigned</p><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><p>·       Minimum of one year of Accounts Payable experience</p><p>·       Proficient data entry skills and 10 key by touch</p><p>·       Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p><p>·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p>·       A thorough understanding of Accounts Payable</p><p>·       Ability to work with multiple entities</p><p>·       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community managers, vendors, and co-workers</p><p>·       HOA industry experience, highly preferred</p><p>·       Experience working in a fast-paced environment</p><p>·       Effective multi-tasking skills</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>This is a full time job</p><p>US time zone</p><p>Up to $5-$6/hr</p>
