We are looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of Account Executives (AE's).


Our AE's are responsible for the management of individuals' personal and corporate LinkedIn profiles. Their objective is to build their clients’ personal brand and use their profile to generate new business opportunities. They are required to build strategic business relationships and market their business services and brands through their personal profiles. The team is supported by strategists, content developers, and relationship managers and are required to engage with their clients directly.


An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:


  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities,
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility,
  • At least 5 years of work experience,
  • The ability to keep the team accountable,
  • The ability to give clear direction and be objective-driven,
  • The ability to understand data, reporting and how it can be utilized to keep KPI's moving forward,
  • Extensive problem solving skills


Job Requirements


  • Proven work experience as an Account or Client Manager and/or team lead in either a creative agency or corporate setting
  • Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing.
  • Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • An understanding of clients’ business objectives.
  • An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers).
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and have a natural tendency to try new things.
  • Have an appetite for knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • Be organised and manage time diligently.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or relevant field is preferential.
