Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain about the products/courses.
Generating walk-ins from fresh leads.
Consistently following-up to re-generate walk-ins for registration.
Supporting through emailing/ calling/ Whatsapp/ Messaging services responsibilities and Duties.
Maintaining and updating the enquiry and walk-in details workbook.
Proficiency in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)Key Skills.
Prior Experience in counselling (Mandatory)
