What You’ll Do:
Lead a Team – Manage and motivate a group of hospitality staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout the night.Create Unforgettable Experiences – Ensure that every guest feels the magic of the season with your attention to detail and impeccable service.Coordinate Event Operations – Oversee event logistics, from guest arrival to food and drink service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.Maintain High Standards – Uphold the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and health & safety throughout the event.Provide Support & Guidance – Support the team by offering direction, resolving issues, and maintaining a fun, festive atmosphere.
