We are looking for BPO Sales and Customer Service Executive for Malad Mumbai, A candidate with HSC & Graduation and above with good communication in English & Hindi May Apply.

Responsibilities Includes :

Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

Overseeing the customer service process.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
