As part of a global consulting organization, you will work on impactful enterprise-grade projects focused on process automation, backend integration, and the conversion of standard operating procedures (SOPs) into intelligent systems.
You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and engineers to design, build, and scale intelligent agents that leverage LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibility:
- Develop and deploy AI agents for SOP conversion, backend integration, and form generation using Python, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Implement self-correction loops, validation logic, and error-handling mechanisms in autonomous agent systems.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using orchestration tools like Camunda, AWS Step Functions, or similar.
- Work closely with AI architects and data scientists to align technical delivery with business needs.
- Contribute to MVP delivery and support productionization, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (including packages like LangChain, Transformers, FastAPI).
- Strong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data serialization formats.
- Experience with conversational AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), and prompt engineering.
- Experience in building agentic systems and integrating them with external tools/APIs.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as an AI or ML Engineer, and 5–6 years in software development overall.
- Familiarity with Camunda, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
- Understanding of RAG, semantic search, and summarization techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with tools like Postman, OpenAPI, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, OTM) is a plus.
- You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, and international team environment.
