You will:

• Architect AI/ML pipelines from the ground up: from data ingestion to inference at scale.

• Experiment with cutting-edge NLP, embeddings, and ranking models.

• Balance speed, accuracy, and cost like a pro.

• Work closely with backend to make sure AI isn’t a “black box,” but an integrated, testable, scalable component.

• Push the limits of what’s possible with smart retrieval and matching.

We’d love if you have:

• Strong track record in building and deploying ML systems at scale.

• Python mastery and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.

• Understanding of cloud GPU workflows and cost-optimization tricks.

• A hacker’s mindset with an engineer’s discipline.
