What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients.

  • Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to uncover pain points, align on business outcomes, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close.

  • Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings and effectively articulate the business value and ROI to prospective clients.

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and post-sale experience for new customers.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for prospect and client needs in cross-functional discussions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to team revenue goals.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Hunter mentality with a strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, preferably with mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Compensation

  • On-Target-Earnings are expected to be between $220,000 - $300,000 (Base + Commissions). Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
