Account Executive

Serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients.

Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to uncover pain points, align on business outcomes, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.

Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close.

Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.

Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings and effectively articulate the business value and ROI to prospective clients.

Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and post-sale experience for new customers.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for prospect and client needs in cross-functional discussions.

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to team revenue goals.
What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.

Hunter mentality with a strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, preferably with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Compensation
- On-Target-Earnings are expected to be between $220,000 - $300,000 (Base + Commissions). Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
