Description

Job Purpose: We’re looking for a driven and consultative Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is about more than just closing deals—it’s about building long-term relationships and providing real value to career professionals through Buffini & Company’s coaching, training, and systems.

Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed annualized recurring revenue (MRR) quota of $120,000.
  • Conduct sales consultations and product presentations via phone, video, and email.
  • Sell a variety of Buffini & Company offerings including coaching, CRM, training programs, and events.
  • Upgrade existing clients and convert new leads into long-term customers.

Prospecting & Database Management:

  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to assigned leads and members.
  • Manage a database of 1,500+ contacts, prioritizing based on opportunity and relationship value.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to track all activities, manage follow-ups, and maintain a clean pipeline.

Consultative Selling & Business Development:

  • Deliver strategic business consultations to identify client goals and align our solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with Brokers, Mentors, and Training Students to create group sales opportunities.
  • Promote events, promotions, and training packages to your assigned client base.

Operational Excellence & Performance:

  • Participate in daily standups and team meetings, sharing insights and results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activity and progress.
  • Respond to all internal and external communications within one business day

Key Outcomes & Success Metrics:

  • Meet or exceed $120,000 in annualized recurring revenue (MRR) sales per month
  • 50+ calls per day
  • 4 client meetings per day
  • 25% close rate on business consultations
  • High engagement with top-priority contacts and leads

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative, SaaS, or coaching environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • A passion for relationship-building and helping others succeed
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) and sales tools like Outreach
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • College graduate or technical school
  • Minimum of 2 years prior inside sales, consultative sales, or telemarketing experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Attending Events:

  • Part of the job responsibilities for this position may require the Servant Leader to attend and assist at Company events throughout the year.  The position may require travel to locations within the United States or Canada, assisting and working under the direction of the Events Department at the events, working extended hours immediately prior to, during and after the days of an event and interacting with Company clients and event invitees.  The Servant Leader is expected to represent the Company in a favorable light before, during and after each event.
