The goal of this role is to facilitate superb client experience before, during and after the consultive research sales process. An Associate Account Manager at aytm is an individual who is extremely well organized, has a strong work ethic driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an individual with deep client orientation, excellent critical thinking and communication skills, ability and resilience to problem solve effectively and demonstrates strong technical expertise. This role will be assigned to a Global operating account working in partnership with the assigned Senior Account Manager along with collaboration with the entire team that services this account. This role is 100% remote requiring discipline, schedule flexibility, consistent home internet access and a quiet working space.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day sync and collaboration with your Senior Account Manager – consider this a partnership.
- Support the sales pipeline process – attending calls, gathering needed data from internal resources, design proposals, delivery, follow through to close and post-sale support.
- Provide consultative technical sales expertise by leveraging an in-depth understand of previous client work and the aytm platform
- Assist in Overseeing hand-off of projects to the service delivery team (full service - research team) and customer success teams (ADIY - client support).
- Work with your AM to manage DIY client requests/emails, questions before, during and after fielding of surveys.
- Assist with strategy and outreach in partnership with the Senior Account Manager
- Assist Sr Account Manager in meeting sales quotas and driving account growth
- Manage and prioritize day to day tasks
- Become an aytm platform expert
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in quant research sales or account management interacting with Fortune 500 clients, CPG experience is a huge plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or comparable education and/or work experience.
- Experience supporting large accounts that require detailed account tracking and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, inspire and motivate others.
- Very comfortable working in a tech environment with proven work experience.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience, advanced Excel experience a plus.
- Experience and proficiency making data driven decisions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while collaborating across teams and functions.
- Confidence without over confidence, team dynamics have a high importance in this role.
- Demonstrated track record of assessing situations, developing relationships and account plans.
- Salesforce, Asana and Slack experience a plus
- Must be a team player and empathetic
