Their team prioritizes efficient communication and seamless collaboration with realtors throughout the home-buying process.

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Setter to serve as the primary point of contact for realtors and clients. This is a high-touch, phone-heavy role ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and thrives on building relationships. You’ll guide realtors through the company’s internal systems, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads, all while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with energy and professionalism
  • Build rapport with realtors and guide them through internal systems
  • Schedule and confirm inspection appointments with clients and agents
  • Follow up on leads from open houses, emails, and text campaigns
  • Maintain detailed logs of communication and next steps using CRM tools
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its real estate partners
  • Identify and escalate issues or opportunities to the appropriate team members
  • Attend internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent phone presence, confident, friendly, and clear communicator
  • Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Strong people skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems

Nice-to-Have (But Trainable)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vonage or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of real estate processes or transaction coordination
  • Experience in a call center or phone-heavy remote role
