Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting, installing, and supporting software and hardware. Take incoming calls and identify underlying problems. Ensure timely and accurate service while documenting in ticketing systems.Requirements:
2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.Benefits:
