REI Game Changers is looking for a highly driven & self-motivated individual to join our high ticket coaching sales team as an appointment setter. Someone who loves to talk with people, real estate investing, and driving sales.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
• Nurture relationships with potential customers that respond in our company Facebook group, email account, texting platform, and call management software
• Quickly contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, text, email, and Facebook Messenger that schedule directly onto your calendar
• Quickly contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, text, email, and Facebook Messenger who opt-in through our paid ads, social media marketing, and website
• Qualify potential customers with a 15-minute phone call and set an appointment with a business consultant
• Submit detailed applications for each new call booked
• Follow up with potential customers that a call has been scheduled to ensure they attend the consultation
• Follow up with qualified leads to generate new sales calls for the company
• End of the day submit your sales metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Qualifications:
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
