Job Overview: We are looking for a Jr. Real Estate Project Manager to help support senior project managers. The role involves assisting with reviewing estimates for residential property preservation and renovations.
Responsibilities:
• Work with local real estate agents for each property
• Analyze property valuations like Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals
• Request and review property inspection reports, and manage repairs
• If needed, contact local authorities to address code violations
• Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment processing
• Assist with managing project resources, budgets, and timelines
• Help ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations
Skills:
