Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and toursProvide tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences, special requests, and budgetsCoordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate upgrades, and handle any special accommodationsMaintain regular communication with clients, updating them on itinerary changes, confirmations, and travel tipsHandle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency requests, ensuring a stress-free experience for clientsManage all travel documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and payment processingStay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry policies to offer clients expert advice
Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneouslyCustomer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients plan memorable tripsAbility to work independently and remotely with minimal supervisionPrior experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
