This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and staff the District while maintaining a focus on growth and development.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success.
• Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching.
• Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
• U.S. residents only.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to successfully pass a background check.
• Competitive and driven nature is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
