Notion Administrator & EditorWe are seeking organized individuals to support Hack4Impact in re-organizing and updating our Notion workspace and team spaces. This role is essential for ensuring our organization's main source of information and internal resources are well-organized and efficiently set up.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand, develop, and implement a strategy for organizing the Notion work spaces, team spaces, pages, and databases to be most efficient for our workflows and goalsUpdate and create Notion databases and entries, edit text copy and Notion pages to be coherent and conciseEnsure proper Notion user access, groups, credentials and administration as well as ease of access to necessary organizational resources for both internal and external audiencesRecommended Skills:
Looking for individuals with strong organizational, administrative, secretarial, and collaboration skills; proficiency in Notion and advanced Notion features; attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
