Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities


Supervise daily operations in the establishment, ensuring smooth functioning of both the kitchen and front-of-house services.
Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals, while maintaining quality control.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills in bartending, culinary techniques, and customer service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills


Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
Experience in bartending or culinary arts is highly desirable.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
