We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Sales Forecast And Trade Planner! We are hiring for our Remote location, and the role is available for immediate commencement. Description:
• The Sales Forecast and Trade Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and managing trade planning activities to support the organizations sales objectives.
• This role creates and maintains forecast models for retail customers and products by leveraging business intelligence, historical data, and market insights from various sources, including SPINs, Nielsen, and retailer portals.
• The Sales Forecast and Trade Planner is a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring that demand forecasts and trade plans are accurately integrated into the companys Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
• This role is a full-time (40 hr/wk) paid, salary-exempt, fully-remote position.
• Working in one of the USA time zones is required.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in demand forecasting, sales planning, or... trade management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proven experience using demand planning and trade management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems required.
• Experience working directly with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes.
• In-depth knowledge of retail sales and trade planning within the health and wellness or CPG sectors strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• High attention to detail and the ability to deliver results with a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Extremely organized and task-oriented.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule if and when required.
