About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a cleaning business's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and finalize the cleaning crew's schedule, typically 10 days in advance.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and cleaning crew. Address and resolve issues such as access to properties or appointment changes.
- Communicate any gaps in the schedule to the sales team to help with filling appointments.
- Act as the backup to the sales team, covering absences, etc.
- Track customer payments, update and maintain internal documentation, and assist with special projects and reports as needed.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline for new team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Requirements
- Prior experience with GoHighLevel is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level) is required.
- Jobber knowledge/experience is a plus
- Reliable remote work setup including a computer, backup computer, headset, camera, backup Wi-Fi, and a backup power source.
