Deliver top-notch customer service efficiently and on time. Provide guidance and best practices via phone, email, chat, and social media. Assist customers with product usability questions and first contact resolution. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM software. Be a specialist on dotloop's products and champion customer feedback.Requirements:
One year experience in a customer service or communications role. Working independently to handle a high volume of customer cases. Proficient in web-based products, MS Office, and Salesforce. Basic Real Estate knowledge preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships. Need a reliable, consistent internet provider with no workday interruptions.
