Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule product meetings with potential customers and ensure a smooth handoff to sales representatives.
- Educate prospects on product offerings and encourage adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies.
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing laws, regulations, and company policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets consistently.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
