Position Overview: We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) loan officer assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our clients loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Great position for a processor or Jr Underwriter that knows how to structure loans.
Responsibilities:
• Assist loan officers with the mortgage application process, including gathering documentation and completing paperwork
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process
• Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure timely processing and closing of loans
• Maintain accurate records and files for all loan transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process
• Stay current on industry regulations and lending guidelines
Requirements:
• Can reside in any state located in the CST, EST or MST time zone. Will be required to work in Easter time zone schedule.
• Previous experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with mortgage origination software and MS Office Suite
