• Drive standardized best practices and leverage support functions to optimize operational performance while meeting goals.
• Train and supervise new employees to promote overall team productivity and consistent service, Create high level reports for senior operations manager and leadership.
• Handle escalated customer service concerns to preserve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationship.
• Manage daily attendance for the team, manage daily team chats, Assist supervisor with escalated calls.
• Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
Brief Job Requirements
Senior experience within a call center as a supervisor/leader.
Healthcare Experience Preferred.
