🎯 Role Overview

This is a frontline hunter role focused on generating new business and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in staffing services, exceptional consultative sales skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing new clients in a competitive environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prospect and win new clients across sectors via cold outreach, targeted prospecting, networking, and referral channels.

  • Take ownership of the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach to pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies and account penetration plans.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with senior stakeholders (HR/talent acquisition heads), understand needs, craft compelling staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, service agreements, pricing packages, and close deals.
  • Track and forecast pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with staffing delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay on top of industry staffing trends, competitor offerings, and clients evolving talent needs.

✅ Required Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in business development or sales roles within staffing/recruitment firms.

  • Demonstrable hunter mentality: track record of self‑sourced client acquisition and closed deals.
  • Proven achievement of revenue/quota targets through new business efforts.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling , cold emailing, and developing account-based outreach.
  • Familiarity with both permanent and contract staffing models.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a high level of business acumen.

Experience selling staffing services into verticals like IT, engineering, BFSI, etc

  • Knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
