About the Role

Ready to lead the charge in the booming data-driven economy? Fivetran is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to support our growth in the German market. As a Commercial AE in the region, you’ll build lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor alongside closing high-impact deals and where you will negotiate confidently. You will strive to ensure customer success through seamless onboarding.  This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, developing expertise in cutting-edge data solutions while driving meaningful results in a key territory.

This is a full time position based remotely in England.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Collaborate with channel partners and develop superior solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions
  • Effectively communicate through excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

 

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Account Executive experience selling SaaS solutions 2+ years
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Business Development
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop and close New Business
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Experience collaborating and developing channel partner relationships with successful revenue generation
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.

  • A passion for building customer relationships and closing new business opportunities
  • Confidence to close big ticket software deals ($100k to $250k ARR) to Commercial Organizations (1-2000 employees)
  • You are familiar with solution-based selling approaches and have experience managing complex sales processes
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
